Extract Active Score Vector

Returns the numeric score vector for the currently active score column ("quantile_score" or "raw_score").

Usage

av_get_scores(obj)

Arguments

obj

An AlphaVarSet object.

Value

A numeric vector of length nrow(obj$data).
